I thought I would share it with everyone since I know a lot of people are struggling with the same thing, which is losing weight. A lot of people are getting discouraged with losing weight because they are not seeing the type of gains that they want to see. Some are frustrated because they only lost a 1/2 pound or they went up in weight, but don’t get discouraged. Your body might be putting on muscle. Now you can’t eat like crap, not workout and chock up your weight gain to muscle. If you are working out and eating right you may be putting on muscle, which is a good thing MUSCLE BURNS FAT!!! Back in 1999, Limp Bizkit was the best thing since the theory of sliced bread. Every single person on this planet loved Fred Durst. Now, every single person on this planet hates him. So what happened? Where did he start to lose his coolness?

On a personal note, I am not a big fan of Fred Durst, actually I respected him because of his quest to rid the world of sappy, whiny, b1tchy boy band music, which was something I hated. (I like my Metallica, my Pantera, and my Anthrax, thank you very much) He succeeded, but it cost him his popularity. Maybe he is a little dorky now, but he is still rich and he can still have sex with whatever woman he wants so I know he is not a “total loser” I’m just curious as to how he fell from grace.

I am a 14, almost 15 year-old trying to lose weight. Unfortunately, I have a weight problem that makes me more like a 30-year-old in the dieting world. I am currently 137 pounds, with a good amount of muscle. I’ve stopped eating sweets, started doing 15-minute “biggest loser” workouts,, and have replaced lunch with an early snack. But, my mom suddenly decided that she doesn’t want to be fatter than me anymore, and has been making fattening meals and forces to make me eat large portions. I started dieting at 131 pounds, and have now gained 6! What can I do to lose weight without harming myself with pills or anything else stupid like that?
Sorry, forgot to mention: I’m 5’4″

watch what you eat, not a whole lot of tv, and AT LEAST 60 minutes of physical activity everyday.

THE DIET MUST BE FOLLOWED EXACTLY TO LOSE 10LBS IN 3 DAYS.

DAY 1
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, ½ grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 2 spn of peanut butter or small tin baked beans.

LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 4 oz tuna, 1 slice toast.

DINNER
2 Slices any cold meat, 1 cup string beans, 4oz beetroot, 1 small apple, 4oz vanilla ice cream.

DAY 2
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, 1 egg, 1 slice toast, ½ banana.

LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 4oz cottage cheese, 5 saltina crackers.

DINNER
2 Slices any cold meat, 4oz broccoli, 2oz carrots, ½ banana, 4oz vanilla ice cream.

DAY 3
BREAKFAST
Black coffee/tea, 5 saltina crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple.

LUNCH
Black coffee/tea, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.

DINNER
4oz tuna, 4oz beetroot, 4oz cauliflower, ½ melon, 4oz vanilla ice cream.

THIS DIET WORKS ON A CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN AND IS PROVEN. DO NOT MIX OR SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE ABOVE FOODS. SALT & PEPPER CAN BE USED BUT NO OTHER SEASONING.

THIS DIET IS TO BE USED 3 DAYS AT A TIME. IN 3 DAYS YOU WILL LOSE 10LBS. AFTER 3 DAYS OF DIETING YOU CAN EAT NORMALLY BUT REMEMBER NOT TO OVERDO IT. YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 40LBS IN A MONTH IF YOU STICK TO IT.

I am 19, 5ft 6in and possibly 190lbs and my goal weight is 130lbs(which i obviously should not achieve in 12 weeks). I am designing my own 12 weeks weight loss challenge based on the” biggest loser” as a foundation place to start. I will only and mainly be eating fruits, vegetables, salads and bit of meat here and there( i may go vegetarian w/ a few exceptions like eggs). I will be cutting out juice,soda and drinking only water or fat free milk or my own natural made smoothies. Basically eating only homemade foods no junk food. I will also be going to the gym 3x a week and increasing it to 5 or 6x a week. Also i will be on a calories restriction of 1,330 and eating 3-5x a day
I will mainly do cardio at first then gradually add weightlifting
I am not doing thw 100% biggest loser diet. I am using 25% of it as a foundation and then tweaking it to meet my needs in a healthier way.

According to doctors and healthy weight loss…you should lose about 1-2lbs a week. so you should be able to lose 32 pounds in 4 months.
However, as you may have gathered from the biggest loser, people are physically capable of losing a lot more than that. I wouldn’t advise you do that though.
You seem to have a good plan going but maybe you should get a dietitian to plan your meals for you.
You’ll lose a lot of weight to begin with but do yourself a favor and try to only lose 2 lbs a week. It’ll be very difficult to keep it off otherwise.

Before they started the competition in January, I started last August with exercising everyday, not eating after 7 pm, watching my calories and drinking more water. That’s it. I know that quick weight loss is not healthy but is there any amount of exercise, food intake, etc…something that would get me to the goal. We all put in $ 20 to begin and the winning pot is $ 500. I would really like to do this so if there are some trainers, dieticians, nutritionalists, weight loss fanatics or heavy dieters that can recommend something that would help me lose 10-12 pounds by Friday April 1. thats cool you guys have that at your school! well, when i lost weight, I lost like 10 lbs. In about a week by playing wii fit!!!! It made me happy(: just do sit ups about 500 a day. seems like alot,but just do somthing like texting while doing it to distract you (TEXTING WORKS FOR ME) and lift small weights while watching tv cuz u usually forget ur lifting weights!lol. but if you dont have weights,try a book or puting stuff in a shoe?lol. seems stupid but it helps! tell me if this works for you!!! i thinkit should.. also,try veggies! even though they are nasty..lls. im so picky i dont even like cheese.lol.for real tho its gross.lol. what grade r u in? also, try running around ur neighborhood with a few friends to motivate you , or jog with ur dog each day.if you have a dog..i have a cat,but she doesnt mind running with me XD lls. i hope i can help you!

I was watching “Biggest Loser”…and they’ve lost around 800lbs. If everything stays on the earth…what does that weight (fat etc) become once it’s not on the person?. (please don’t say it goes in the toilet) I mean when you exercise etc and lose it. Does it become something else?
I don’t see how they always go back into your body to help you. I lost wt. on low carb/high protein and I was shaking and extremely depressed and tired.
The best I can understand from what everyone said is that it goes back into the air as carbon dioxide…&into our body as energy ..&into the toilet. Seems like the earth would change from not having so much weight on it…if everyone lost weight. Guess there’s some things I’m not supposed to understand.

i’m not a scientist, but come on. There’s only so much hypothesizing one can do here: the weight goes nowhere. There’s less gravitational pull on the person, kay, luckily they have less volume as a whole, but that’s it.

You need to burn 3500 more calories than you consume to lose 1 pound. Your body should naturally burn about 1700 so that’s about 400 just from limiting food. It depends on what exercises you do on how many calories you will burn from that. You’ll probably lose around 2 pounds a week depending on how active you truly are so about 24 pounds in the next 3 months
