Question by Ash: 30 day shred meal plan?
I am on day 2 of the 30 day shred, I already feel differences in my body and I’m sore all over. I will continue to do this everyday for the next 30 days, and if all goes well and I’m seeing results, I will continue after the 30 days. the only thing I’m confused about is what to eat while doing the DVD.
right now, I’m eating cherioes with regular milk for breakfast, lunch, lean cuisene meals, snacks, watermelon & grapes, maybe some wheat thins if I want.. dinner, another lean cuisene.
lots of water! milk in my cereal and water is the only things I plan on drinking!
is this meal plan going to be fine for losing weight while doing the 30 day shred?
I’m 13, 160 & 5’4 if that helps.

The key for losing weight is easy – consume less and workout more – the difficulties appear when we really try to put that into operation! There are loads of stumbling blocks in the real world aren’t there?! I learned some excellent advice by learning from the website in the box below, they have loads of guidance, I melted away 7 pounds by taking their advice.
